The choices we make as adults influence our behaviors, at times keeping us from being our best selves. Through focused listening, non-judgmental encouragement, and safe exploration that are specific to your needs, Ms. De Novo can empower you to use effective skills to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of being happy and at peace.

Services are offered online for your convenience. You can call from your work, home, school or anywhere you are comfortable talking.  All you need is a computer or smart phone and access to the internet. The face-to-face sessions are safe, secured, confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
